As you may imagine we replace your existing dentures or decayed teeth with a brand new set of implanted teeth in a one-day procedure. These new teeth are designed to look just how you want them, choose the colour, shape, texture and overall smile shape, Everything is bespoke. What is the process
3D Digital Planning
After taking 3D scans of your face, jaw and soft tissues, the surgery is planned to precision, every implant placement, the angle, depth, the position and torque applied is noted. The teeth are individually crafted, positioned and made to look realistic and natural.
Implant placement
The implants are placed into the jaw as per the 3D digital plan, this is usually carried out under sedation.
Fitting new teeth & adjustments
Your newly hand-crafted teeth are fitted to the implants, final tweaks and adjustments are made to them to ensure that they fit perfectly and function as a set of natural teeth. We test how the teeth move and bite together repeatedly until its perfect.

What If I’m not suitable for same day teeth?
If you aren’t a candidate for our same day dentistry then we can offer you other implant assisted treatments that are worth the wait, ensuring we help you get back the quality of life you deserve.
Implant assisted dentures are a great alternative to fixed teeth. With the help of attachments called locators, dentures can click onto dental implants and be held securely in place.

Dr Kalpesh Bohara | BDS (Dund) MFDS RCS (Edin) | GDC NO. 78104
Implant Dentist Kalpesh Bohara is highly qualified in his profession, with vast experience in surgical and implant dentistry. He has extensive Implant Dentistry post-graduate education spanning over 10 years, as well as a certificate in Advanced Restorative Dentistry from the esteemed Eastman Dental Institute, which have given him the exceptional skills and expertise required to use Same Day Teeth restorations to completely restore his patients’ smiles and boost their self-confidence.
Dr Adam Patel | BDS MSc (Implant) MFDS RCS Edin MFDS RCPSG | GDC NO. 149882
Having graduated from the well-distinguished University of Liverpool, he embarked on a multitude of post-graduate courses in restorative, prosthodontics and oral surgery. He is one of a select few clinicians nationwide to hold a prestigious Master’s degree in Implantology awarded by The University of Manchester. He has also completed Diploma’s from various other institutes including the esteemed Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow. He has spent copious amounts of time sourcing knowledge both nationally and internationally with the aim of achieving gold-standard treatment outcomes.
Adam also provides mentorship for Implant Dentists. He regularly contributes clinical articles to journals and magazines, authors a health column within the Leicester Mercury newspaper and sits on the editorial board for a dental publication.
He also holds the award for Best Young Dentist (Midlands).
Jamie Wright | CDT (RCS ENG), RDT | GDC NO. 108755
Jamie has more than 25 years' experience in dental technology. In 2004 he graduated from the international Denturist Education Centre and, in 2007, was one of the first to gain a diploma in Clinical Dental Technology from the Royal College of Surgeons.
Jamie has worked with many implant surgeons across the country, dedicating his care and attention to ensure a superior level of craftsmanship. His commitment to patient-focused treatment gained Jamie the Myerson International Best Aesthetic Award.
